What the subscription unlocks
The subscription gives the right to download models as colored 3MF, STL and OBJ files in the Easy3dPaint app, which runs in the browser. The painting, selection, editing and cutting tools are free and remain available after the trial ends. Your model files are processed on your device and are not uploaded to a server.
Payment, delivery, cancellation and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, calculates and pays taxes (VAT etc.) and handles refund requests. You enter your card details in Paddle's checkout window; we never see or store them.
The service is digital: it becomes available in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed; there is no physical delivery. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app under My account → Manage subscription; your access continues until the end of the paid period. You can request a refund without giving a reason within 14 days of the payment date.
