Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties

Buyer: The person who enters their details during the purchase and signs in to the Easy3dPaint account with their email address. The buyer's name, address and contact details are those declared during payment.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, calculates and pays taxes (VAT etc.) and handles refund requests. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the sale: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. The service itself (providing the application, support) is performed by the service provider.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital service below, purchased electronically by the Buyer at easy3dpaint.com.
3. Service and price
The subscription gives the right to download models as colored 3MF, STL and OBJ files in the Easy3dPaint app, which runs in the browser. The painting, selection, editing and cutting tools are free and remain available after the trial ends.

At checkout, Paddle shows the currency and tax that apply in your country; the amount you pay is the total shown on that screen. New users get a 7-day free trial with no payment or card required.
4. Payment and renewal
The fee is collected by Paddle. The Buyer agrees that the fee is charged automatically to the saved payment method each month or each year, depending on the chosen plan. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it for a while; access continues during this time, and if the payment ultimately cannot be collected, the subscription ends. Price changes are notified to the Buyer by email at least 30 days before they take effect; if the Buyer does not want to continue at the new price, they can cancel their subscription.
5. Performance
The service is made available electronically immediately upon confirmation of payment.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As the Buyer consents to the service being made available immediately, there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. However, the Buyer can request a refund without giving a reason within 14 days of the date of each payment (Cancellation and Refunds).
7. Obligations of the parties
The service provider tries to provide the service without interruption with reasonable care and within technical means; maintenance, outages caused by infrastructure providers and force majeure are excepted. The Buyer agrees not to share their account with others and to use the service in accordance with the Terms of Use. Checking that the files produced by the application are suitable for printing is the Buyer's responsibility.
8. Termination
The subscription (monthly or yearly) ends at the end of the paid period when the Buyer cancels it. The service provider may terminate access in the event of a serious breach of the Terms of Use.
9. Disputes
For disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits.
10. Entry into force
At the purchase step the Buyer confirms electronically that they have read this agreement and the Pre-Information Form; the agreement is concluded upon confirmation of payment. The text of the agreement is published on this page.
