Terms of Use
1. Parties and acceptance
Easy3dPaint (the “Site”, easy3dpaint.com) is operated by Hatice Beşikçi Sürmeli (sole proprietorship; “we”). By using the Site you accept these terms. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current version of the terms.
2. The service
The Site is a web application for viewing, painting, editing and cutting 3D model files (STL, 3MF) in the browser and exporting them as colored files. Your model files are processed on your device; they are not sent to our servers.
3. Payment and subscription
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, calculates and pays taxes (VAT etc.) and handles refund requests. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
The download feature is available with a 7-day free trial or a monthly/yearly subscription. The subscription renews automatically on the same day each month or each year, depending on the plan you chose, and the fee is charged to your saved payment method. Current prices are on the Pricing page; taxes for your country are added at checkout. We announce price changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel your subscription. Cancellation and refund rules are on the Cancellation and Refunds page. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it for a while; if it ultimately cannot be collected, the subscription ends.
4. Acceptable use
It is forbidden to use the Site for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam; to work on files that infringe others' intellectual property rights; to try to bypass security measures, spread malware, scan systems or scrape data in bulk with automated tools. It is also forbidden to bypass license and access checks by modifying code or server responses, to share an account with others, or to resell access.
5. Your files and intellectual property
The models you upload and create belong to you. You should only use files you have the right to use; complying with the license terms of models owned by others is your responsibility. All rights to the Site, its software, design and brand belong to us; these terms only give you the right to use the service in your personal or commercial projects.
6. Service level and liability
We try to provide the service carefully and without interruption, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruption or errors. Maintenance, outages caused by infrastructure providers and force majeure are excepted. We do not guarantee that exported files will give the expected result in every slicer or printer; you should check the result in your slicer before printing. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damage arising from print failures, material loss or device faults. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated serious breaches. You may also delete your account at any time.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; we announce important changes on the Site and, where necessary, by email.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Samsun have jurisdiction over disputes; the right of consumers to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and consumer courts at their place of residence is reserved.
